What’s a Pre-Order?

 Unfortunately, we can sometimes sell out before our next round of stock reaches our warehouse. If this happens, we put FireBarbies up for pre-order on our website.

Pre-ordering allows you to be first in line when the new product arrives, ensuring you receive your new FireBarbie as soon as possible.

How does shipping and delivery work?

 Once an order is placed, the order will be processed, packed, and shipped within 72 hours.

As soon as your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress.

You can expect your new FireBarbie at your door within 2-8 business days, depending on your location.

*Please note: Shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. If the FireBarbie is in stock, a dispatch date will not be advertised. Your order will be processed, packed, and shipped within 72 hours. Should the FireBarbie be highlighted as a pre-order, the delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date highlighted in the checkout.

  How much do I pay for shipping?

 Option 1: Paid Shipping

The FireBarbie package is big and heavy and goes through quite a few hands before reaching your door. We’ve gone to great lengths to make shipping as affordable as possible for our customers, and we continue to search and negotiate ways to lower the cost even more. At the moment, our current shipping fees are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery – $100
  • North Queensland and Western Australia – $150
  • Northern Territory – $200

Option 2: Free Shipping

We are proud to inform you that you pay ZERO SHIPPING!

We want to share the FireBarbie with as many people as possible, and so we’ve decided to absorb the $100-200 shipping cost for each and every one of our customers!

*Please Note: Free shipping is not available to delivery addresses in Northern Territory, Western Australian and North Queensland.

*Please Note: In the event of a return, the specific shipping cost for your location will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

Boring legal stuff here, but please take a minute to have a read of our return policy!

Option 1: Paid Shipping
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your FireBarbie. PayPal fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Option 2: Free Shipping
PayPal fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs for your area ($100-200) will be deducted from your refund unless the reason for the return is a result of our error (incorrect/defective item).

To be eligible for a return:
1. Item(s) must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it.
Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition.
An email notifying FireBarbie of your intent to return must be delivered to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the order number, purchaser name, contact name and reason for return.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if it meets the return criteria, we will initiate a refund to your payment method.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Once your return has been received, inspected, and processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your refund. From there, it will take 3-6 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we recommend contacting your bank or payment merchant (PayPal or Afterpay) directly.
